Jane Brent is a consultant with more than 20 years of business experience, focusing in the areas of Organization Development and Human Resources. Jane has consulted with CEOs, boards, executive leaders and their organizations on strategy development, implementation, organization design, senior executive roles and transitions, cultural change, mergers and acquisitions, executive coaching, staffing, talent management and HR practices design and implementation.
Jane began her career in sales and subsequently held leadership roles in Organizational Development and Training at R.R. Donnelley, U.S. Robotics, Kraft Foods and US Foods before launching her consulting career.
Jane has been published in Best Practices in Organization & Human Resources Development Handbook, Creating a Business Case for High Performance (Linkage, Inc.) and presented at major national conferences:
