TEAM EFFECTIVENESS SOLUTIONS, FACILITATION AND COACHING


We are often asked to facilitate a team offsite to help members “blend” or function more “cohesively”. In all of our Team Effectiveness engagements, we begin with a systematic approach: first, we articulate expected outcomes through a discovery process to ensure we are targeting the right areas; we then develop and facilitate a design that will meet the unique needs of the team; and we stay with that team for as long as needed by providing coaching to the team leader and ongoing support to ensure the objectives are realized. Throughout, we blend highly interactive and engaging design elements with application to the practical challenges that the team is grappling with through a combination of activities, assessments and work-sessions.

MANDO designed and facilitated a three-day offsite for the Division President and Leadership Team focused on increasing cross-functional collaboration and open communication. Through a combination of highly interactive processes, the team experienced the optimal state in communication and collaboration as they workshopped business objectives, translating expectations into an action oriented Strategic Plan.
